New Feature: Story Bulk Actions

As your Mythos Story database grows, being able to easily update certain aspects of them in bulk becomes increasingly important. For example, you may want to mass archive stories from a previous reporting cycle. With that in mind, the Mythos team is excited to introduce Mythos Story Bulk Actions.

New Feature: Custom Story Statuses

This new setting in Mythos allows you to customize the default statuses that come preloaded in Mythos and add or remove statuses that you may need to better manage your process and workflow. You can also assign custom colors to help visually differentiate the statuses in the Mythos Story Manager.

New Features: Survey Enhancements

We’ve added a few small features to the survey tool in Mythos. These are things that we’ve heard from you as small improvements that would make your life a little easier–different survey names, survey duplication, and expand/collapse all survey questions.

New Feature: Integrated Image Editing

You can now make a few essential edits to any image attached to a Mythos story. Often times photos received through surveys aren’t exactly the size you might need or aren’t cropped to really show the content that you want to highlight. You can now make those edits right from within Mythos.

New Feature: Multi-Response Surveys

When sending out surveys, you can now allow recipients to submit more than one response to the same survey. This is useful, for example, when you have a beneficiary that has received funds from more than one donor or scholarships and you want to report to each individual donor in a personalized way.
